British Malaysia Society Welcome Dinner
A Trade Delegation from BMS is going in Kuala Lumpur from 8-12 June 2026. The MBS are organising a welcome dinner at the Royal Selangor Club, Kiara, Poolside. This will be the 3rd Trade Delegation that Mei Sim Lai OBE DL has led to Kuala Lumpur since she took over as BMS Chair in June 2018.

About the event
A Trade Delegation from BMS is going to be in Kuala Lumpur 8-12 June 2026, with an optional extension to visit Penang 14-17 June.
This will be the 3rd Trade Delegation that Mei Sim Lai OBE DL has led to Kuala Lumpur since she took over as BMS Chair in June 2018. The MBS is delighted to welcome the BMS to Malaysia. The last time was in November 2024.
Currently there are 26 BMS members who have committed to visiting Malaysia, and this is a great opportunity for MBS Members to meet up with the Trade Delegation.

As the Royal Selangor Club is a Members only and cashless club, the MBS have made our usual arrangement of coupons to sell to all guests. The ticket price includes as sumptuous buffet, and three drinks (Beer, Wines, selected spirits and soft drinks). Further coupons are available for RM60.00 for three drinks.
