In submitting this membership form to the MBS, the applicant member notes that his/her name, organisation and designation will be disclosed in the membership list.

In accordance with the provisions of the personal Data Protection Act 2010, to the extent that they apply, all other details including email and phone numbers will NOT be disclosed anywhere or to anyone without the prior approval of the applicant/member. it is also agreed herein that the personal information of the applicant/member submitted herein cannot be used for any purpose other than that which relates to the MBS.
